Zokusho: Climax–Page 14
Genndy rolled better on her initiative this time, and I’m sure that knife in the leg isn’t going to help Serge’s mobility.
Tales From the Borderlands, one of Telltale Games’ story-driven episodic games, finished its season earlier this week, and I have to say, it’s my favorite thing of theirs so far.  After Walking Dead and Wolf Among Us, I would have been perfectly content with them continuing to produce dark, depressing content (since they clearly have a solid handle on how to make that kind of material amazingly compelling).  However, in Borderlands, they bring some welcome levity to the proceedings, and really show some range in their writing style.  Even if you’re not super familiar with the Borderlands franchise, I feel like they do a good job of bringing the uninitiated up to speed with the important details as they get started.  Like I said, it’s my favorite work of Telltale’s so far, and anyone who knows me knows that I’m a huge fan of that studio.  If you take any recommendations I give seriously, you owe it to yourself to check this one out.
So will Night insist that Serge take a break to get his wounds bound? Or will Serge bear the pain and continue his quest to get rid of Genndy? Either scenario would be entertaining in one way or the other. So, I am looking forward to the next installment. Even if it switches to another portion of the fight.
Well, if that was an Earth shell he may have just given himself so breathing space at least.
